Are the homes ready to move into?

It's a mix. Some homes are complete and move-in ready now; others are being built and can be reserved off the plans ahead of completion. Each home's status is shown in the collection above.

Can I still choose finishes on a home that's being built?

For homes still under construction there may be scope to personalise selected finishes. Register your interest and we'll tell you what's still open on each home. (To be confirmed per home.)

What's the specification like?

Every Magnolia Place home is finished to a high specification as standard — full inclusions are listed in the info pack. (Final spec to be confirmed.)

How do I secure a home?

Register your interest, we'll send the info pack and current availability, and once you've chosen a home it's held with a deposit while your sale and purchase agreement is prepared. All titles are freehold.

Are there more Davie & Co Homes developments coming?

Yes. Roslyn Road follows in 2027, with more across Horowhenua after that. Priority-list members hear first — well before anything reaches the property portals.
